Reach the editor, report an error, or propose a network
Last updated: 31 July 2026
The most useful message we get is a correction. Deposit floors and payment thresholds move without announcement, and a figure that was right in the spring can be wrong by the autumn. If something on this site no longer matches what a network's own help center says, tell us and we will check it. Below are the right addresses for editorial, partnership and privacy matters, and what each one can and cannot help with.
Where to write
Corrections and general questions
Out-of-date deposit figures, renamed formats, broken links, questions about anything in the comparison. Include the page and the specific claim, and if you have a source that contradicts us, send it. We check the claim against the network's own documentation and reply within two working days with what we found.
Editorial and press
Requests to quote our figures, questions about methodology, or a challenge to a conclusion on any page. Our source hierarchy and correction procedure are set out in the editorial policy, and we will explain the reasoning behind any specific figure on request, including which source settled it.
Networks and partnerships
Proposals from ad networks, affiliate managers and agencies. Please read this first: a commercial relationship does not buy a position, a rating or a favourable line, and we will not agree to remove a stated drawback as a condition of partnership. Networks are added when they fit the scope, which is self-serve platforms selling pop inventory without a manager.
Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, deletion and opt-out requests under the GDPR or the CCPA, and questions about anything in our privacy policy. We acknowledge data requests within 72 hours and complete them within 30 days. Please state which right you are exercising so we can route it correctly.

What we cannot help with
We are not an advertising network. We do not sell inventory, hold balances, run campaigns or have access to any account you may hold on the platforms compared here.
That means we cannot check why your campaign was rejected, release a pending payout, restore a suspended account, refund a deposit, raise a bid or explain a discrepancy in your reporting. Those are questions for the support desk of the platform in question, and every network in the comparison publishes a help center and a support channel for exactly this. Writing to us first only adds a day to the process.
We also cannot mediate a dispute with a network. If you believe a platform has breached its own terms, the escalation path runs through that platform's support and, where the amount justifies it, through the payment provider you funded the account with. We are an independent comparison site with no contractual standing in that relationship, and the terms of use set out the limits of what this site does and does not undertake.
Response times
- Corrections and general questions: two working days. Corrections that turn out to be right are applied to the page the same day we confirm them, and the check date is updated.
- Editorial and press: two to three working days, longer if the request needs a figure re-verified from a primary source.
- Partnership proposals: five working days. We reply to every proposal that falls inside the scope of the site, and we do not reply to bulk outreach.
- Privacy and data requests: acknowledged within 72 hours, completed within 30 days, as set out in the privacy policy.
All addresses on this page are monitored on working days, Monday to Friday. Background on who compiles the comparison is on the about page and the author page, and the comparison itself is Buy Popunder Traffic.
