The rules for using this site and the limits of what it promises
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. The important part is short: this is an independent comparison of advertising platforms, not an advertising network, and nothing published here is a guarantee about a third party's current terms. If you are about to commit a budget on the strength of a figure on this site, confirm it at the platform's own deposit screen first. The sections below set that out in full, along with how outbound links are monetized and where responsibility sits.
Accepting these terms
By accessing this website you confirm that you have read these terms and agree to them. They take effect from your first visit and apply every time you return. If you do not agree with any part of them, the correct response is to stop using the site.
We may revise these terms as the site changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the version currently in force, and continued use after a revision means the revised version applies to you. We would suggest re-reading this page if you rely on the site regularly.
What this site is
This is an independent editorial resource that compares self-serve advertising platforms selling popunder inventory. It publishes entry conditions, pricing models, optimization controls and interface naming, gathered from each platform's own documentation and dated.
It is not an advertising network, an exchange, a demand-side platform, a reseller of traffic or a payment service. We do not sell inventory, hold balances, run campaigns, moderate creatives or have access to any advertiser account you may hold. Nothing on this site creates a relationship between you and any platform mentioned; that relationship begins only if you register with the platform directly, on its terms.
Every recommendation here is editorial opinion, formed from published documentation and professional judgement, and set out with its reasoning so you can disagree with it. The methodology behind it is described in our editorial policy, and the background of the person writing it is on the author page.
Who this site is for
The content is written for advertising professionals, media buyers and affiliate marketers, and assumes a working knowledge of paid traffic. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and it is not consumer advice.
Advertising is regulated differently in different countries, and some verticals discussed here, including gambling and adult content, are restricted or prohibited in particular markets. Determining what you are permitted to advertise, where, and under what licensing is your responsibility, not ours. Nothing on this site is legal advice on that question.
Outbound links and how the site earns
The site is free to read and carries no subscription or paywall. It earns commission when a reader creates an account with a platform through one of the outbound buttons. That commission is paid by the platform, costs you nothing, and does not change the terms you receive compared with registering directly.
Commercial relationships do not determine what appears in the comparison. Deposit floors, pricing models and control features are taken from the platforms' own documentation and cannot be altered by a partnership; the comparison names the drawbacks of the platform we link to most often, and no partner has the ability to remove them. Our position on this, including what we refuse to agree to as a condition of partnership, is on the about page. You are free to reach any platform directly without using our links.
Accuracy, and its limits
We take reasonable care to keep this site accurate, and every entry condition is rechecked at least every 90 days against the source that established it. That is a genuine commitment, and it is also not a guarantee.
Advertising platforms change deposit minimums, payment methods, pricing models and targeting controls without notice and without publishing a changelog. One of the networks in our comparison doubled its advertiser minimum and announced it in a single press release; directories were still publishing the old figure a year later. A figure on this site is accurate as of the check date shown beside it, and may not be accurate today.
Where a figure could not be confirmed against a primary source, it is labeled as unconfirmed rather than presented as fact. Rate ranges are published as market benchmarks and explicitly are not price lists. Before you commit a budget, confirm the number at the platform's own deposit screen or in its rate calculator, both of which are free to reach.
Nothing on this site is financial, legal or investment advice. Media buying carries a real risk of losing the money you spend on it, and no comparison of platforms changes that. Decisions about where to advertise, how much to deposit and what to bid are yours alone.
Intellectual property
The text, tables, structure, design and code of this site are ours or used under license. You may quote a short extract with clear attribution and a working link to the page you took it from.
Reproducing our comparison tables, republishing pages in whole or substantial part, or scraping the site to generate derivative listings is not permitted without written consent. Automated collection that places an unreasonable load on the site is likewise not permitted. Platform names, logos and trade marks belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification in an editorial comparison, which does not imply any endorsement in either direction. Copyright questions go to the general address on the contact page.
Third-party sites
This site links to advertising platforms, their help centers and other external sources. We do not control those sites, and we are not responsible for their content, availability, terms, security or privacy practices. A link is a pointer to a source, not an endorsement of everything on the destination.
When you follow a link you leave this site and enter another party's terms and privacy policy, which you should read. Our own data handling stops at our boundary and is described in the privacy policy.
Limitation of liability
This site is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of accuracy, completeness, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- We are not liable for losses arising from acting on information published here, including budget spent on a platform, campaigns that did not perform, or opportunities missed.
- We are not liable for the acts or omissions of any advertising platform, including rejected campaigns, suspended accounts, withheld balances, changed terms or traffic quality.
- We are not liable for a figure that was accurate on its check date and has since changed, nor for a figure explicitly labeled unconfirmed.
- We are not liable for interruptions, errors or unavailability of this site.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to that, and because access to this site is free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us, which is zero.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to interfere with its availability, or to submit false or abusive content through the contact form. We may restrict access where any of that occurs.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them falls to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Before commencing proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith by writing to the general address on the contact page, and to allow 30 days for a reply. Nothing in this section removes a statutory right you may hold under the consumer law of your own country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remainder continues in force and the unenforceable provision is read down to the minimum extent necessary.
Contact
Questions about these terms go to the general address, and privacy matters to the privacy address, both listed on the contact page. Our editorial standards are set out in the editorial policy, and the comparison these terms govern is Buy Popunder Traffic.
